What is included in my order?
Your order will include one dozen cookies sealed in a cellophane bag. Each bag is carefully packed in our distinct packaging which includes a black box filled with purple crinkle paper for shipping. A hand written note is also included for a more personalized touch. Each box is secured with a purple bow and placed in a box and protected with bubble wrap. All of our packages are shipped via priority mail through the US Postal Service. Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours and are received within one to three days after shipping.
Why are the prices higher for shipping outside of California?
Sincerely Cookies ships all products via US Postal Service priority shipping. Since we are based in California, shipping within the state is fixed. Shipping costs outside of California vary and are higher. Therefore, it is necessary to charge a slightly higher price.
I would like to purchase several units and ship to multiple people. How do I do that?
Download the excel spreadsheet order form from the link on the order page. Fill out all shipping information including name, address, and type of cookies. Click on the “order now” button on the page which will take you to the shopping cart. Place your order for the type and number of cookies. After submitting payment, either FAX or email the excel spreadsheet to us. Make sure to include your name and contact information so we can match it to the order.

All sales are final. Please note that because our products are perishable, we do not offer returns or refunds.
